Creative Director Industrial Design to Yovinn
Yovinn are looking for a star to take ownership of and scale up our Design business. From a clear designer's point of view, you create visions that generate cutting-edge product development.
Initially you are somewhat a jack of all trades, seamlessly moving from visions to operations, from brand strategy to actual products. While doing so, you build and lead successful teams with colleagues at Yovinn and its sister companies and create new opportunities with customers and other partners.
Over time your role will evolve towards being a Creative Leader that develops the Design business by helping other people grow. As part of the management team at Yovinn, you will also ensure the Design Business is aligned with overall strategies.
We believe you come from a designer background with main focus on physical products, but with a good understanding of the "physical-digital" user experience. You have probably worked closely with mechanical engineering and other key disciplines like electronics, UX-design, software etc, giving you a solid understanding of what is feasible and of translating visionary thinking into strategy and, ultimately, products. You probably do so, while keeping sustainability closely in mind and while not being shy of disrupting solutions. You are a constant source of inspiration, and probably the one thing that matches your love for design and innovation - is the LOVE for business and sales.
