We are growing and developing our IT Business within Data Centers and Critical Power and Cooling in Sweden, and to strengthen this focus we are searching for a CSD. Since our existing Country Sales Manager is about to take on a new role in Schneider Electric we need to replace him in Stockholm. Knowledge of the Swedish Datacenter market is key in order to secure market penetration for Products, Solutions and Services across all Schneider Electric applications. Furthermore strong skills in people and change management is required.
Key assignments:
• Drive specification of the offer also introducing new market offers, positioning them for efficient sales.
• Contribute to defining the company?s policy based on the competitors on the market and our customer?s needs, based on market trends.
• To execute the marketing, sales and services strategy for ITB in alignment with directions from Nordic and Baltic IT Business Vice President.
• Increase Swedish market shares, number of customers and partners.
• Deliver a P&L performance that meets or exceeds the objectives.
• To lead, manage and develop a highly motivated sales team of 9 people (incl dotted lines) and partner network.
• To lead interdependency and cross selling working with all other Schneider Electric business units, to provide and ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to our customers for a complete offer ensuring customer satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Build the Country Sales Plan and take on an operational KAM role for critical accounts.
