Oriflame is now looking for a Copywriter to our Creative Concepts Team. Copywriter/Senior Copywriter (depending on qualification)

You will be part of the newly founded Catalogue Creative Concepts Team, which initially will consist of a Creative Manager, two Art Directors, and a Copywriter. Your primarily task will be to develop strong catalogue concepts/themes and create storytelling copy and merchandising communication for the catalogue concepts, in close co-operation with the other members of the team.

Your responsibilities
• Develop strong creative catalogue concepts/themes built on consumer insight, in close co-operation with the Art Directors and the Creative Manager.
• Create complete copy stories for the themes, suited for all regions when globally implemented.
• Stay up-to-date with the cosmetics industry and trends and translate into catalogue concepts and copy.
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our business, our consumer; her needs and motivations.
• Present and implement ideas and concepts together with the Art Director.
• Maintain knowledge and tone of voice of the brands and product stories in Oriflame portfolio
• Create copy for presentations, mood boards and guidelines. When needed, give copy support to regional teams.

What we are looking for
• You have at least 3-5 years experience as a Copywriter with strong conceptual development skills.
• You have an in-depth understanding and experience from the beauty/fashion industry
• You have excellent skills in MS Office and are a good presenter of your ideas, internally as well as externally.
• You are self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong communications skills.
• With multiple on-going timelines you need to be both organized, pro-active, flexible and structured
• You are a fresh thinker who is native English speaking and embraces challenges and new methods of thinking.
