http://www.replisaurus.com/As Controller, you will be responsible for managing and controlling financial activities in Sweden, and will report directly to the Group CFO. Your main tasks will be to ensure accurate reporting to the management, execute hands-on accounting and operational activities and help professionalize the company by defining and implementing procedures. Your tasks involve both analysis and communication, so it is important that you have the ability to provide financial information in a way that numbers and results of the business are understood by all internal and external parties. You will also be involved in the organization of Replisaurus administration duties.
Main responsibilities:
• Assure accurate accounting
• Execute payments and cash management
• Interface with suppliers on financial issues
• Gather and analyse data
• Interface with the French sister company
• Manage payroll
• Manage and control the newly implemented invoice management software
• Prepare and present reports to company management
• Assist in group consolidation
• Define and implement internal control procedures
• Suggest improvement measures
You have between 3-5 years experience in financial management and controlling and have worked in a smaller company. Replisaurus is a young and dynamic organization with high growth potential and is seeking a service-minded person who is willing to step in where needed and create structure within this area and others in the company. You approach challenges with a positive problem solving attitude and you possess high social skills to integrate with the rest of the team at Replisaurus. The business language is English, which you are fluent in both orally and written. Even though the business language i English, Swedish is required. Knowledge of French would also be an asset.
