The Controller will be responsible for managing and controlling financial activities in Sweden reporting to the Group CFO. The main tasks will be to assure accurate reporting to management, execute hands-on accounting and operational activities and help professionalize the company by defining and implementing procedures. Your task will include being able to analyze and communicate, in an accessible way, financial information, explaining the meaning of the numbers and the results of business activity.
You will also undertake and organize Replisaurus administration duties, for example:
• Assure accurate accounting
• Execute payments and cash management
• Interface with suppliers on financial issues
• Gather and analyse data
• Interface with the French sister company
• Manage payroll
• Manage and control the newly implemented invoice management software
• Prepare and present reports to company management
• Assist in group consolidation
• Define and implement internal control procedures
• Suggest improvement measures
We believe that you have between 2 and 10 years experience in financial management and controlling and have worked in a smaller company. Replisaurus is a young and dynamic organization with high growth potential and we are therefore searching for a service-minded person who is willing to step in where help is needed and create structure around the job. You focus on solving problems you encounter and you possess high social skills to integrate with the rest of the team. The business language is English, which you master unhindered as same as Swedish. Knowledge of French would be an asset.
