For our client, H & M, Global Customer Service within Online Sales, we are searching for a Controller. Customer Service at H&M is expanding the team with a new talent who wants to work as a Controller within Business control. About H&M Customer Service
Business Control belongs to the Customer Service organization, within Online sales. The group is divided into two divisions, located in Chicago and Borås, to be able to serve all time zones. The areas of responsibilities for Business Control are Forecasting, Reports, Scheduling and Traffic Management for an organization with 1700 employees.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The job of a Controller within Business control comes with lots of responsibility ? and lots of fun. You create a forecast from our Sales plan which you constantly follow up and update. The forecast is based on how many customers are expected to contact us, during what time and via which communication channel. Your role as a Controller will determine how many customer service based employees we will need to be able to provide the customer with excellent service. You produce reports and analyse analyze the findings. It is your responsibility to make the business aware of your analysis of the results. Continuously, you strive to develop the working routines and the outcome.

YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
An advantage is if you are, or have been working in a similar position and have a Bachelor?s business degree or equivalent .You should also be fluent in English, both spoken and written. You also have an ability to cope with a high workload and are excellent in MS Excel knowledge.
