Your Role
As a Contract Support professional within Medical Operations, you will assist the team managing Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISS) and Managed Access Programmes (MAP). You will play a key role in ensuring that administrative processes and contract handling are carried out efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the ISS portal, including filing and tracking
Assist in drafting initial versions of contract agreements
Process contracts for signing
Support transparency and safety reporting
Follow up on ISS milestones
Handle customer set-ups and PO requests
Requirements
Previous experience in contract administration or document handling
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail, structured, and able to follow defined processes and deadlines
Comfortable performing repetitive administrative tasks with accuracy
Desirable / Advantageous
Experience with ISS/MAP portals and Contract PodAi / Contract Management systems
Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical operations
Personal Attributes
You are structured, organized, and meticulous. You enjoy administrative tasks and can work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams. You are flexible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines even when handling multiple projects in parallel.
