As a Contract Manager you'll work in a Sourcing function in a team of senior Contract Managers and Sourcing Responsibles. You are overall responsible for all contracts within one or several delivery areas, working closely together with project managers, system responsibles and delivery area responsible. You will also support delivery responsible with vendor follow-up, play an important role in decision forums and head internal training sessions regarding existing contracts.
This is a great opportunity to work with complex global contracts and purchases towards all our selling markets and stores and grow with us. We currently have many initiatives ongoing where you'll not only play a key role in the development of our IT store solutions but also have a key focus for utilizing our vendors' capabilities in the best possible way. It's of high importance making sure we procure the right services by working close to our delivery leaders and representatives from our vendors. We have many joint contracts with the business organization so you will have many contacts with the business side as well.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Contract Manager comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun!
Your to do-list includes:
• Lead and support the contract lifecycle
• Lead and support commercial discussions and contract issues with vendors
• Ensure good relations with our vendors
• Negotiate contract changes with existing vendors
• Write and interpret contracts
• Contribute to our sourcing function and be involved in development and maintenance of our sourcing process and sourcing strategy
• Support in procurement initiatives
• Managing purchase orders, amendments, commercial settlements for change request and purchases. (i.e RFI, RFP, evaluation, negotiation, agreement, call-offs, etc)
• Managing communication and relationship with our vendors in collaboration with H&M vendor managers
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
And your skills include:
• At least 2 years of IT purchasing or contract management
• A couple of years' experience of leading negotiations
• Experience of purchasing complex IT services
• Substantial experience of writing and interpreting contracts
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Commercial know how
• Business sense with the ability to balance cost consciousness with delivery risk in order to get the best possible outcome of vendor negotiations
• You have both attention to details and can see the big picture of what is best for H&M
• It is favorable if you have experience of working with global deliveries and of working with procurement processes and tools like category and spend management.

The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conduct business virtually all over the globe. The H&M group includes in addition to H&M the brands COS, Monki, Weekday, Cheap Monday, & Other Stories and H&M Home. As an IT-department, we work with all brands.
