Contract Administrator to a famous company within the industrial sector, placed in Central Stockholm!

Do you have experience in working with administration or sales support? Or have you worked with administration linked to economy, at an insurance company or a bank? In that case we think this could be the next step in your career!

We are currently helping our customer to find a contract administrator. In this role you will be part of a team that is responsible for the order-to-cash process. The team plays an important part helping out with administration in this big sales organization and you will work to make sure that the daily work has a good flow for both the sales people and the customers. This role includes a lot of contact with both external and internal contacts.

You will get an employment as a consultant with Manpower and will work with the customer. The assignment is expected to start as soon as possible and plan to be proceeded for a long term. The role is for full-time and it's possible to have flextime.

Work description

* Included in your tasks will be:
* * Contract reviewing
* * Invoicing and cash collection
* * Improve the departments daily work processes
* * Process customers' orders
* * Contact with customers and internal stakeholders

To be successful in this role:

We see that you hold a university degree, preferably with economics as main subject. It is meritorious if you have a background in metals/mining or similar industry. You have experience in administration of international trade. You are proficient at working with systems and databases. Since the company operates in an international market a good command of the English language in both written and verbal form is crucial. Fluency in Swedish or Finnish is considered a plus.

To be succesfull i this role we see that you as a person are thorough and consider accuracy with numbers as essential. You are proactive and a responsible team player and find it interesting to have a coordinating role. With your positive attitude you do your best to provide the customer with the best service possible and you know how make a professional impression. The tasks will mostly be rutin based and structured and therefore this role with provide you with opportunity to become really good at your specific tasks.
