ArrivalGuides is world's largest distributor of travel content. As a Content Editor at ArrivalGuides you will be responsible for updating information in our destination guides and writing new guides for the ArrivalGuides network. The texts you write need to be inspirational and appealing to various readers, so you will need excellent creative writing and English language skills, and at least one other additional language of fluency is essential. You will need to be thorough and have a good eye for detail. It is important that you are well organized, productive and efficient.

The Content Editor will work collaboratively with our clients and in-house product teams to research, plan, write, edit and upload copy that represents the quality and voice of ArrivalGuides. The position requires excellent English writing, speaking and reading skills and researching/content writing/creative writing skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Researching topics and writing compelling copy for on-site pages, assets and product descriptions that will educate visitors
• Ensuring that all copy is written correctly in English, plus possibly the native language of the student, following the basic rules and conventions of the English/other language
• Maintaining the guides for content, enforcing the clear guidelines on how copy and content is to be written for each guide
• Creating compelling content that makes ArrivalGuides appear as the online authority in destination guides
• Writing PR materials or marketing copy, including press releases, translations and website copy
• Website development
• Assisting with social media outreach efforts
• Coordinating proposals and specialty publications
• Managing databases/inputting into a CRM
• Preparing collateral
• Assisting the company?s overall marketing and PR campaigns
