hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos RDT Engineers Sweden AB i Malmö We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project with our client in Malmø, Sweden. You will join a team of 2 other Content Designers and all three will be focused on our client's app. The app has a large growth plan in 2025 with a focus on presenting inspirational content for customers around our client's range and increasing conversion for sales in the app.
Location: Malmø, Sweden, 2-3 days at the office required.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Content writing background in a product environment, with a focus on ecommerce UX in mobile applications
Experience with stakeholder management
Strong portfolio showcasing examples of UX writing, tone-of-voice work, and specific examples for apps
A EU work permit making you able to start working in Sweden right away
Professional level of English - both oral and written
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Collaborate with product, design, and development stakeholders to review initial product requirements and draft experience flows
Craft and direct UX copy and content to ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and consistency of brand voice in the their App. From large initiatives - like aligning the handoff between web, app and in-store journeys - to smaller, quick-turn projects, you're willing to dive in and get the job done
In close collaboration with UX designers and researchers you'll lead and help with audits, guide the documentation of our brand voice and help refine the processes that make it all possible
Write user-focused copy that emphasizes customer benefits and increases conversion
Evaluate and ensure brand voice consistency across the product ecosystem
Create and document content guidelines and processes
