In order to be successful in this role you have a good track record from leading people into excellence. Preferably you have experience within the Staff on demand sector and understand the value that service brings to the business - in all aspects. We think you have experience and knowledge within the field of Customer Service, and most important you have a great passion working with it!
Klarna is now one of Europe's largest banks providing payment solutions for 60 millions consumers across 70,000 merchants in 18 countries. As part of this journey we are growing rapidly and we are therefore looking for a Consultant Manager to our Service Center.
Within Service Center we are approximately 1000 agents spread over seven countries and a mix of inhouse and outsourced staff.
You will work as an Consultant Manager (and be a part of the Service Center Delivery team) and report to VP Service Center and you will be part of the Service Center Management Team.
