hela Sverige We are looking for a Concept Engineer - Chassis & Vehicle Dynamics for a global automotive company in Gothenburg.
Start is in January 2026, 1 year's limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
Description of the assignment
Support the Chassis & Vehicle Dynamics team in studying current and future platform concepts.
Work closely with the team and attribute teams to align suspension system performance.
Represent the suspension and chassis systems in client's packaging and project meetings.
Create and update concept and platform parts in CAD with consideration for industrialization.
Build and analyze kinematic models for package studies.
Organize and maintain data in Team Center.
Perform Kinematics & Compliance (K&C) analysis on suspension layouts
Qualifications and skills required for the role
Minimum B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3-year experience from Chassis System Development.
A strong understanding of technical development of chassis systems and concepts.
To be able to balance attribute requirements (mainly NVH, Vehicle Dynamics, Durability, Corrosion and Brakes).
Experience of multiple suspension systems layouts.
Personal attributes
Positive and agile attitude and interested in finding solutions together with other people/teams.
Willing to help others and to ask for help when needed.
Have an openness and awareness of Asian, European and other cultures
IT/SW tool requirements:
MS Office, Catia V5, Catia V5 DMU Kinematics, TeamCenter, Adams, Matlab Simulink This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is in January 2026, 1 year's limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
