Human Resources' aim is to provide the company with comprehensive human resources support in order to attract, recruit, develop and retain employees. Human Resources drive the development and implementation of effective HR strategies, programs and processes to support the long-term achievement of the overall VCC business plan.
Job Description:
In the role as "Competence Management Coordinator VCM" you will support and drive the processes connected to competence development area throughout the units within Manufacturing.
You will report directly to the HR manager at unit.
As a member of the HR Manufacturing you will also be a part of the continuous development of the cross functional strategic and operational HR activities between the VCM units as well as the HR function.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate training plans
Ensure cost tracking of training
Propose and coordinate training programs
Coordinate and assist in securing future skills
Coordinate activities related to school contacts
Coordinate activities related to the EFS application
Secure that all activities within the applicable area are aligned with VCC common strategies, frameworks, processes, methods and tools
Profile qualifications:
University Degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent
Broad HR experience achieved in both HR central functions and HR Business Partner roles
Good in depth level of understanding of HR processes and policies
Fluent in Swedish and English
