Industrial Relations and Compensation & Benefits within Vattenfall Region Nordic HR is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. Location Arenastaden, Solna.
The Compensation and Benefits team consists of two other Compensation and Benefit Specialists which you will work together with. There are four other colleagues within Industrial Relations and Compensation and Benefits Nordic, including the Director, which you also will work together with. They work with labour law, international mobility and restructuring of employees in connection with redundancies.
Main tasks and responsibilities
The purpose of the role is to provide knowledge and expertise in compensation and benefits subjects to key internal stakeholders. Key internal stakeholders are above all HR managers and HR Business Partners, managers and HR Shared Services. Moreover, in the role you shall be responsible for the agreements regarding pensions and insurances for employees. Your main tasks:
• Provide expertise advice regarding compensation and benefits to key internal stakeholders
• Job-evaluations, being contact person for suppliers of pensions and insurances
• Responsible for co-ordination and follow-up of agreements regarding pensions and insurances
• Represent Vattenfall regarding pensions towards Energiföretagens arbetsgivarförening (EFA)
• Participate in and lead projects within the area of compensation and benefits, procurement of pensions and insurances, salary review, bonus programs, benefits, company cars ect.
• Monitor and follow-up statistics regarding salaries and bonuses
• Ensure and develop processes within compensation and benefits
Your characteristics and qualifications
• As a person you are driven and have the ability to self-organize your work. You are a good problem solver with accuracy and patience and an eye for details. You have an outgoing approach, good communication skills and the ability to build and maintain networks - internally as well as externally and you know how to influence your key stakeholders effectively. Besides this, you have strong analytical and quantitative skills. Last but not least you have a passion for working consultant wise since you will have many contacts throughout the organization. Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken, is a must.
You also meet the following requirements and qualifications:
• Academic degree in HR, Finance or Legal
• Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, Finance, Legal or related business
• Experience in compensation and benefits, pensions and collective insurances
• Experience process development and in executing global processes locally
• Effective Partnering ? Deliver agreed services in accordance with agreed expectations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
