Do you want to develop our procurement organization and contribute to a fossil free living within one generation? We are now looking for a Communications & Change Management Specialist to join our Procurement Excellence team.
Vattenfall is undergoing a major transformation. Our purpose to power fossil free living requires all time high efforts in decarbonization, digitalization and decentralization at the same time as running a top performance operation.
This position is organized within the unit of Staff Functions - Procurement. The purpose of the Change Management & Communications team is to work closely with all stakeholders and build bridges between people and solutions. We love collaboration, relationships-building, people and wordplays.

The opportunity
This role is a great chance to actively contribute to projects that enable our net-zero emission goals at Vattenfall. You will be independently working on challenging change management and communications tasks that support your personal growth & development in this area - within & outside of the procurement project work. You will be given the freedom to bring your creativity to the table and co-shape our ways of working - at Procurement & Vattenfall.

Key responsibilities include:
Content Creation & Communications
Create content (copy, video, infographics & imagery), update and maintain all Procurement-owned SharePoint and Intranet pages in alignment and collaboration with the respective content/topic owners from the Procurement teams
Create various communications campaigns & materials on demand - presentations, infographics, logos, playbooks, guidelines, videos and more
Prepare and organize events including active exchange with stakeholders & input providers across the whole organization

Change Management
Assist in the change management needs assessment process for priority projects and topics owned by - or affecting - the Procurement team
Create and execute individual change management & communications plans in alignment with the respective topic owners
Support continuous improvement of the ways of working and mindset around change management and communications within Procurement at Vattenfall

Training & Enablement Support
Oversee and maintain the training, enablement and learning offering within the Procurement Academy, in close collaboration with the responsible topic owners
Support the Procurement team with the organization and administration of selected training, enablement and learning activities

Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain relationships with the key stakeholder network and proactively involve them in the change management and communications activities
Initiate exchange with colleagues and stakeholders beyond the established network - to expand the team's influence and collaboration opportunities

To be successful in this role, we believe you need to be a skilled communicator with the ability to help everyone understand complex topics & build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Required hard skills
University Degree (preferably Masters) in Communications sciences, Change management, Business administration or similar
Any further Change Management certification or trainings are an advantage
Fluent English (C1 - C2 level) both written and spoken
Other European languages are an advantage
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with internal communications, including creating actionable communication plans & campaigns for various audiences
Previous experience with copywriting & content creation
Basic knowledge & experience with change management in complex initiatives, including the use of basic change management methods (stakeholder mapping, change impact assessment, etc.)

Required soft skills
An eye for design and experience with creating or editing videos & infographics
Previous experience working with cross-functional and international teams across multiple locations - ability to navigate different cultures & customs is an advantage
Previous experience with procurement and finance topics is an advantage

IT/systems skills
MS Office
SharePoint/other online content management systems
Audio, video & image editing software (basic)
