MultiMind is looking for a Communications Manager for IT Communications for our international client that works within home electronics. This is a great opportunity for you if you are interested in internal communications and intranet development. It starts with a 6 months consultancy agreement, with good opportunity for extension.
Client Our customer is one of the largest manufacturers of home electronics in the world and has its headquarters in Stockholm. They are a global leader and sell more than 50 million products each year to consumers and professional users in over 150 countries.
Main responsibilities You would be responsible for the communications for IT Communications.
Your main responsibilies include:
• Writer and video content creator: Write articles, blogs and other updates; Help with English proofreading; Write video scripts.
• Local IT TV : Plan and publish editorial content with focus on video
• Intranet editor : Plan, create and publish articles; Drive and maintain an IT editorial plan; Drive improvements and maintain the intranet according to the strategy and the needs of the organization
• Intranet specialist : Support IT with advice on how to utilize intranet in an efficient way
• Communications support on on-need basis : Contribute to projects as communications expert; creating and executing communication plans and activities
• Regular meetings : IT communications meeting; Group Communications Editorial meeting
The position is based in Stockholm and you will report to the Head of Communications. In this role you work very close to the Group Communications Head of Editorial Team.
Your profile - Degree in communications and/or a few years' experience from working in the fields of internal communications
• Fluency in English equal to native - both spoken & written
• Ability to write and deliver compelling content in English
• Ability to work with an intranet
• Ability to create content for internal online communications tools such as news flow, blogs, chat forums, communities
• Ability to plan, organize and execute on an editorial agenda
• Own drive and result oriented mindset
