If you want to contribute in creating Oriflame's future Campaign planning & Forecasting systems and influence professional life of over 300 users across the Oriflame world, then this is the right role for you!
The main focus of the Commercial planning systems specialist is to operationally manage the development of Commercial planning systems in line with the evolving business requirements. This requires that you contribute to systems requirements formulation from business perspective and work closely with Key users community as well as with internal and external IT developers / solution experts. You should also act as a global point of contact for all system users, provide guidance, conduct trainings and support cross functional projects with coordination and expertise.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure Commercial planning systems are developed and implemented to support our core business processes
Proactively seek improvement areas, find new solutions and collect user feedback for developments of ongoing and new functionalities
Lead and participate in system development process, working together with IT developers and recording business requirements and process specifications
Testing ready solutions and maintaining testing protocols
Spread best practice and maintain key user community
Keep key users base up to date with all system updates
Conduct trainings, follow-up sessions and support users in their daily work
Writing handbooks, user manuals, e-learnings and preparing video tutorials
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
University degree (Business administration, Engineering, Math or Statistics)
At least 2 years of Catalogue planning or Forecasting experience in Oriflame
Functional knowledge of Clover and TXT Demand systems in Oriflame
Experience in Agile project management and system engineering is a plus
Innovative, creative and with ability to find "out of the box" solutions
Good communication skills
Proactive and taking initiatives
Open-minded and result-oriented
Approachable and service minded
Previous experience working in multicultural environment
Fluent in English
