FlexLink is factory automation expert and part of the Coesia Group, a global provider of industrial solutions.
We are inviting graduated engineers to participate in the Coesia Engineering Graduate Program (EGP) 2016-17.

The Coesia EGP is a ten month, cross-functional program aiming for the development of competencies about products, markets and processes that are applicable to the Group. It involves technical as well as managerial contents and starts in October 2016.

By participating in the EGP you get real company-life experiences, challenging business games, ?on-the-job? activities and international assignments.

You will enjoy the opportunity to deepen with the entire Coesia business, from people to processes, acquiring competencies and developing your mind-set and potential.

A complete learning program, intermediate assessments, international projects and a continuous dialogue with your HR coach and with the managers will be the ingredients to start your career path within Coesia.

At the end of the program, Coesia will evaluate concrete job opportunities for all participants.
