Today Codemill has about 45 colleagues but are growing rapidly.
We are happy to say that we collaborate with many leading international companies such as ITV, The Guardian and ProSieben Sat Eins. Our collaborations also consists of local companies such as Umeå University and Västerbottens Kuriren. Our workplace allows our members of staff a lot of freedom and the ability to influence our work process. Our aim is to grow further in the media and broadcast industry internationally, while keeping the heart and the head office in Northern Sweden - Umeå.
All though our head office is in Umeå we are working with leading global organisations, mostly within the media and fashion industry. Codemill is a company who can say that we develop cutting edge video technology. We build everything from apps and web pages to big complex media asset management systems.

The position
As a backend developer at Codemill you will work in an agile cross-functional team, where we have a close relationship with our client. Together with your team, you will work to ensure that applications are responsive and works according to the customer's needs. The position includes working in C#/.NET, but we appreciate a flexible person who are open for different platforms and languages. You should like to maintain and develop code, to make sure that we deliver good performing applications.
Requirements
- English skills (written and verbally)
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or equivalent)
- Good knowledge in C#/.NET
