As Cloud Application Architect you will work in our R&D team consisting of system architects and technical product specialists. Your work will be essential to our transition from our hardware and software products to fully managed Saas products! We are six people, all of us with more than fifteen years of experience of video tech, software engineering and architecture. We believe that you will find a great environment filled with creativity, innovation and optimization with us!
Most of your time will be spent together with the R&D/Product team that are building the new SaaS products and with the Cloud Infrastructure team that is responsible for CI/CD.You will also keep yourself updated to the latest tech and best practices within Cloud and to pass this knowledge on to your team members as well as developers in other parts of the organization.
You will have dialogues on different planes both internally and externally and you will also work hands on. You will have access to nice offices close to T-Centralen within an international environment, starting with a thorough intro. You will have great influence within an organization at the forefront of the streaming revolution. Your everyday at Edgeware will bring something new and every day will be a new day!
WHO ARE YOU?
Cloud Architecture combined with CI/CD are areas of expertise you know well. You have a strong competence in AWS, GCP, Azure or other relevant Cloud and a proven track record of designing successful Cloud and Saas applications.
You will help the R&D teams selecting design patterns and technologies that are sound for Cloud/SaaS products and make sure our SaaS products are being developed in a coherent way in terms of design, APIs, Logs, User-management, etc. Furthermore, you are used to communicate via reports and seminars.
You have been designing scalable and redundant applications as well as provisioning flows, data modelling. You have been setting up Cloud Security and user management as well as designed APIs. If you also have experience of networking and video tech, you will have a great time at Edgeware!
