We are currently recruiting a Clinical Education Specialist, responsible for providing the formal technical and clinical training and support within the Nordic region for equipment in the interventional product segment. You will belong to a dynamic specialist team with a commercial and clinical education mission. In this role, you will grow your clinical expertise in Interventional Image Guided Sytems, your ability to communicate and educate as well as your leadership skills
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed.
Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use, monitor customer installations in the Nordic region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
Improve customer satisfaction through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customer.
Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training.
Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies.
Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Required active professional clinical/technical certifications/registries necessary to educate in a clinical environment.
Demonstrated current basic clinical scanning proficiency on current products/platforms.
Strong proven clinical experience within interventional business, or service related to the same area.
Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset.
Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time.
Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve.
Ability to travel extensively in the Nordic region, also outside the region for other events when required.
Knowledge in X-Ray physics.
Teaching experience.
Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language.
Valid driving license level B.
EU work permit.
Desired Characteristics:
Experience and "know how" in the interventional business.
Previous employment at Nordic Healthcare provider, clinical experience in large hospital/university setting preferred.
Relevant demonstrated clinical use of internventional systems.
Experience from cardiac applications such as PCI, TAVI EP and pacemaker applications, as well as Interventional Radiology application including all periferal intervention is preferred.
Experience from Hybrid OR for applications such as EVAR, TEVAR or other vascular surgery is beneficial.
Technology interest.
Associate?s, Bachelor's or Master?s degree preferred in related business or technical/clinical field.
Selling skills, Sales or Product Specialist experiences is beneficial.
Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired).
Demonstrated ability to understand and present complex material in understandable terms.
