Job description:
Lead advanced cross-functional product support quality ,Supplier ,production quality and leading various technical issues
Root cause analyses
New solutions from the developers
Product changes
Field actions and processes for exchanges
Work within global service function and international customers
Required skills
Technical understanding and hold a university degree, or equal professional experience.
Natural leader with ambition, development and strong customer focus.
Build trust and achieve great results in cooperation with others.
3 years work experience as project manager in a service-oriented profession.
