hela Sverige Do you have a solid track record in sales, with deep industry knowledge and passion for working with clients ? Then read on... IBM Global Business Services is hiring a Client Solution Executive to be part of the Nordic Sales Team for Big Deals.
In this role, you will have responsibility for creating strategies and implementing deal pursuit plans to achieve signings objectives with innovative and evolving business solutions. Along with bringing thought-leadership and an understanding your clients business challenges, you will work with practice executives, clients and IBM staff to develop industry based, outcome deals that leverage the breadth of the entire IBM portfolio.
These are normally large, complex and highly competitive sales situations that are often global in scope and engagement negotiations are conducted at the highest levels. This role must be a proven team leader, and possess demonstrated business acumen, exhibit professional business insight, demonstrate creativity to devise and articulate a unique and compelling value proposition (which typically leverages IBM and creates value), so that customer decision-makers clearly grasp the short and long-term business and financial value of a relationship with IBM. A proved track record of closing $100M+ business driven deals is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities include:
• Serve as a member of the Nordic Sales Team for Big Deals, contributing to refine market offerings and go to market strategy
• Understand client needs, industry trends and develop winning proposals, applying IBM's entire solutions portfolio
• Establish and manage trusted advisor client relationships
• Up to 75% travel
Requirements:
• Deep understanding for industry processes, trends and overall strategic direction
• Deep understanding of Financial modelling, complex negotiations and overall deal strategy
• First-hand understanding and experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Cognitive solutions, Cloud and Security
• Understand the business performance indicators associated with specific industry processes
• Have a successful track record selling to the "C" suite and understand how to operate in a complex international account.
