As our business is evolving, we are looking for a Client Service Consultant to join us in Göteborg. As a Client Service Consultant, your job mission is to be one point of contact during the relocation processes for our customers' employees and their partners/spouses. Our consultants support individuals from all over the world with a range of cross-border relocation services.

Description of the role, main tasks:
• Operational responsibility for the delivery of relocation services as ordered by our client companies.
• Coaching, advising and supporting client companies and their relocating employees on relocation related queries.
• Supporting consultancy colleagues with support and administration as needed.

We value the following experiences and skills:
• Solid experience from operational service delivery in customer centric, multicultural and diversified organizations, preferably within the relocation and global mobility service industry.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, spoken and written. Additional languages are highly advantageous.
• Highly IT-literate, particularly with the PC environment and Microsoft Office suit.
• University degree.
• Driver's license.
• Personal experience from working and living abroad.

You are committed to growing customer accounts through cross sell and upsell activities. You are structured, yet flexible when required. You work well under pressure, with a strong ability to maintain tight deadlines. You have an eye for improving processes, and you are result oriented.
