We are looking for a sharp and highly ambitious Client Advisor to join our existing Scandinavian Client Advisory Team to our office in Gothenburg. The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in developing and managing existing large and medium sized APSIS accounts thus expanding the APSIS market share and customer satisfaction in his/her account portfolio. She/he will also significantly contribute to achieving the business and revenue targets for the Aftersales team.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks 
 Create e-mail success for the customers through strong understanding of their business and ability to strongly engage the APSIS value proposition within those customer communities.

Develop long term and trustworthy and collaborative relationships across all levels within the customer / APSIS International.

Independently identify upsell possibilities to existing named customers and proactively search new opportunities within named customers’ organization (new units, new subsidiaries etc).

Ability to challenge customers and with deep understanding of the customers’ business push customer thinking and take control of the sales conversation.

In conjunction and strong collaboration with APSIS training, consulting and strategic services, offer these services.

Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from demo to offer and through to successful closure.

Engage and develop a strong network with decision makers/key influencers within the customer community.

Desired Skills & Experience
Demonstrable experience on managing (complex and sometimes technical) customer environments with high integrity and in relation to revenue targets/budgets.

Strong negotiation skills.

Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills in Swedish and in English.

Strong business orientation and ability to identify opportunities with customer accounts.

Result oriented and ability to execute successful sales plans.

A pro-active, focused and organized person with a solution-oriented attitude.

Ability to thrive in a fast moving environment.

Proven experience of successful cooperation to large and mid-size companies within IT and/or Web industries.

Experience in e.g. solution sales / software project implementation management / consultation / customer training / digital marketing. Experience in digital marketing solutions would be an advantage.

Experience of providing advice to various Marketing solutions in order to create ROI for your customers.

Qualifications
Bachelor or equivalent mandatory and Sales/Customer Service experience mandatory.

Languages
Excellent Business level Swedish and English mandatory as other Scandinavian languages would be an advantage.
