The company conducts clinical research and development, manages clinical trials, and conducts commercialization activities for its innovations.
IBD Cell Therapies International seeks a China Relations Coordinator who will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Chinese investors, relevant governmental organizations, pharmaceutical companies and hospitals. The employment is expected to begin immediately.
As an employee you will receive a fixed monthly salary according to your experience, pension and paid holidays.
Working Tasks
• Administrative support for the company's activities and relationships in China
• Handling all contacts and coordinate meetings and communication with Chinese stakeholders
• Handle concrete communication with Chinese collaborators through visits, phone calls, video/skype conferences and emails
• Travel reservations, conference booking and coordination of conferences for the companies activities in China
• Adapt presentations and information for the Chinese stakeholders
• Take care of Chinese visitors
Qualifications
• A few years experience with similar work
• Good English and Chinese language proficiency
• Accustomed to working with Powerpoint, Excel and Word
• Bachelor degree or higher
• An influential network within the government and business sector in China is advantageous.
You are expected to be service minded, independent and resourceful. You are driven and have the ability to build trusting and strong relationships with Chinese decision-makers.
