hela Sverige Bilfinger Nordics is looking for an experienced and strategically minded Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join our team. As CISO at Bilfinger Nordics you will be a key player in the implementation and maintenance of the Information Security Management System in accordance with C/IT standards and optionally the requirements of ISO 27001: 2013. You will integrate information security into op. processes, design, monitor and develop required processes, esp. Information Security within ICS. In addition, you will educate and train colleagues in information security topics and best practice in a practical manner.
Responsibilities include:
* Advise operational IT on the development and implementation of IT services, applications and systems in close cooperation with Regional Head of IT
* Maintain risk and opportunity matrices in relation to information security.
* Conduct risk assessments and subsequent development of measures based on the central processes (e.g. ISC process).
* Ensuring any security breaches are coordinated, reported, recorded, and investigated in accordance with the necessary incident management processes, including application of corrective action to prevent repetition.
* To monitor compliance to information and data security requirements and notify senior management of potential deviations, areas of vulnerability or non-compliance.

Bilfinger Nordic offers a flexible schedule for remote work. For this role you may be stationed in one of our offices at Stavanger (NO), Porsgrunn (NO) or Kungälv (SWE).

To succeed in this role, we believe you have broad experience in applied information security, and that you have experience from a hands-on operative role. We also value:
* A bachelor's degree or master's degree, preferably in information technology, information security or similar.
* Certified information system security professional (CISSP) or other comparable certification recommended.
* Good communication skills and fluency in English and one or more Scandinavian language, both written and verbal.
* You are self-driven, take initiative and responsibility for your area of expertise.
