The Product Management and R&D (PM and R&D) organization at Sandvik Coromant has a strong focus on continuous improvements and operational excellence. We are now looking for an experienced Change Program Manager to join our team working cross-functionally throughout the global PM and R&D organization to deliver improved performance. The location for this position is Sandviken, Sweden, and international travel is a natural part of your job.

Key performance areas
In this position, you are responsible for leading, coordinating, supporting and motivating change efforts and continuous improvements in the PM and R&D organization. This includes development of operational excellence strategies aligned with the organization's objectives and execution of concrete change and improvement plans throughout the organization. To develop and challenge the business is an important part of the job, with respects to our current way of working, as well as to stimulate a culture of continuous improvement, learning and performance excellence. You also act as a role model for the organization in the work you do, inspiring others to follow.

Key contributions for success

• Identifying and analyzing organizational performance and capability to capture performance and knowledge gaps

• Managing and coordinating a portfolio of cross-functional change projects/activities targeting different parts of the organization over time

• Being the driving force and supporting change and improvements projects/activities in alignment with stakeholders

• Developing and implementing a lean way of working together with the Operational Excellence team and the organization

• Training and coaching others in ongoing Lean implementation and change projects in the organization

• Driving continuous improvement to successfully reach organizational progress

Your profile
You have a profound practical experience of all key aspects of cross-functional change management and tactics. To be successful, you also need comprehensive experience from Lean PM and R&D as well as in establishing continuous improvement processes. A deep understanding of Product Management and R&D work from a strategic, operational and leadership perspective, experience from strategy and tactics of project management are also a necessity to succeed. As we act both locally and in an international setting, you also need excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
