Do you want to coordinate changes with the aim to minimize the negative effects and maximize the benefits of IT-related changes? In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Be responsible for change coordination; tracking change management deliverables; including communications, stakeholder engagement and change impact assessment for Swedbank IT Operations.
• Be part of a team who is responsible for chairing CAB meetings and assist in MIR meetings.
• Work in close co-operation with process owners to help to improving the change processes from an operational perspective
• Activities include monitoring, and determining the quality of Change requests and potential outputs, either against defined internal or regulatory standards, reporting on deviations and defects
• Production of statistics and reports to demonstrate performance of the Change Management process, and to find ways for continuous improvement
• Work in an international environment
• Report to Head of Groups Operations Control
What is needed in this role:
• You have extensive experience and knowledge about the ITIL processes Change Management, Problem Management, Incident Management and Event Management
• To succeed in this role, you need a broad knowledge of IT technology, an understanding of the financial industry and an excellent ability to coordinate and work with all levels in the organisation.
• Strong Analytical skills (logical/critical thinking). With Previous experience performing analysis and documentation
• It is also an advantage if you have experience driving Change Advisory Board
• You enjoy working according to process and set regulations
• You focus on result with quality and professionalism.
• As a person you need to have a high level of motivation ("drive") and perseverance.
• You are a good networker, with a customer centric mindset, with a great attitude and can-do attitude.
• You seek new ideas and approaches that improve current processes and products
• Good communication skills and proficient English, both spoken and written are mandatory
