FlatFrog Laboratories AB is based in Lund, Sweden with offices in Silicon Valley, Taipei and Seoul.

Are you passionate about finance and technology and do you enjoy a role with broad responsibility in a fast paced high tech company with substantial growth plans on the agenda? FlatFrog is currently looking for a CFO to its office in Lund in order to meet the requirements of analysis, support and controlling of the business. You will report to the CEO.

You will be working with the management team and the local as well as the global organization to ensure financial and administrative best practice and maximize productive growth of the company.

Main responsibilities and tasks

Monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting Revenue and cost reporting Budget and forecasts Commercial and production controlling Profitability optimization, risk assessment and cost control Continuously work with improvement projects, analysis, support and follow up Provide ad-hoc analysis
Candidate profile The successful candidate has a proven track record with 5+ years of controlling experience and with solid understanding of accounting processes. Your experience derives from similar roles in medium or/and large producing companies in an international setting. You are well spoken and possess an executive presence and you do what it takes to get things done. With your great Excel and system skills (experience of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a great merit) you have the ability to take the usage of the systems to the next level.

As a person you have high business acumen and you are a communicative and self motivating team player. Further you are curious and can easily adapt to changes. You have a university degree in Business Administration or similar and a high fluency in written and spoken English. You are a highly analytical and structured person that have a will and drive to continuously develop yourself.
