You will be working within the Musti Pureplay organisation, the e-commerce focused part of Musti Group, with the business units Vetzoo.no, Vetzoo.se, and PetenKoiratarvike.com.
Vetzoo, the sister company of Arken Zoo, is the biggest local e-commerce within the pet care industry in Sweden and Norway and was founded in 2010, with one store in Gothenburg.
Peten Koiratarvike is Finlands biggest local e-commerce within the pet care industry, it was founded in 2004 and has six stores in Finland.

About the JobThe Category Specialist is responsible for the assortment of several different product groups in three different market areas: Finland, Sweden and Norway. You will follow the trends in all countries and build the assortment to meet customer needs in different markets. You will follow the business strategy and set KIPs.
You work close with partners, suppliers, stores, teammates to reach set goals and deadlines. The daily reporting for this role is to our FI Product Team Lead.

DIMENSIONS: Responsible for the product groups: Dog and Cat feeding
Responsible for the end consumer pricing of your products
Responsible for planning the campaign plan for your product groups together with Category & Campaign Manager
Responsible for the life cycle of the products
Ownership for collecting correct product data from suppliers, group, team etc. Being the first point of contact regarding this.
Planning the yearly theme based assortment plan together with Team Lead
Help customer service and stores with product related issues
Managing ongoing & professional communication with suppliers & group
Continually seek to improve your areas of responsibility & data processes by researching and staying abreast of new and innovative solutions and capabilities, key competitor actions, industry trends and emerging customer and market needs.

To succeed in this role you have 3+ years experience of data driven assortment work, preferably in a omni or e-com B2C business
Experience with pricing strategy work
Great social skills and experience of working with many different contacts both internally and externally
Great skills in working both independently and in a team
A positive "Everything is possible"-mindset and attitude
Great work structure and a good eye for details.
Strong negotiation skills
You should dare to challenge and improve workflows
Experience within an international work environment
A bachelor's degree in business or equivalent
Fluent language skills in Swedish and English
Experience with both sales and purchasing is a plus
Experience with pets is a plus
Fluent language skills in Finnish is a plus
