We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join our Business Area Networks (BNEW) Marketing & Communications team!
Purpose of the role is to position and create demand for Ericsson's networks portfolio by leading campaigns and demand generation programs for one of our key offering areas. You will be part of a diverse, passionate and competent M&C team and collaborate in a truly international setting.
Are you in?
You will
Drive one of our "Key offering areas" (KOA) together with a content manager.
Define and manage KOA programs and associated campaigns, portfolio launches and demand generation activities.
Work agile and be part of our Global Marketing Program tribe, as sprint lead for activations supporting your Key Offering Area.
Champion a data-obsessed approach and utilize performance metrics and insights to continuously optimize results for maximum business impact
Work closely with wider marketing & campaign community, both locally and globally, for joint activities & initiatives
Bring creativity and drive new ways of working to encourage us to experiment, learn and continuously improve
You are
Full of ideas and personal drive, with a passion to deliver impact
Able to motivate and lead virtual teams/projects
Focused on execution and thrive when reaching and exceeding defined goals
To be successful in the role you must have
University degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent
10 years professional experience with driving marketing projects and/or campaigns (experience from Telecommunications industry is a plus)
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (such as Marketo, Google Analytics, BrightEdge, Content square and epi)
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Experience working in a dynamic and fast moving environment
