Your mission and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to develop, establish and implement a standard framework for procurement processes with global measurements and metrics. A framework that need to be enforceable and accepted across the business.
This is a role with a long-term vision. You are both to support the ERP implementations globally, but also to continuously in parallel, drive process and system improvements, with the mind of best in class development of the global template.
You will contribute to improve effectiveness and efficiency of processes across global operations, in a consistent and as standardized way as possible. The ERP transformation is leveraged as an opportunity to maximize process improvement. You will not be involved in the day-to-day responsibility for operational management of processes, but it is vital that you are open and understand the challenge and reality for those who do. This means that you will need to have close connection to the operational part of the network in this area.
Example of tasks and responsibilities:
Hands-on work with global Group/divisional business process standardization, harmonization and process documentation specific for procurement of components, parts and equipment.
Provide important input regarding business process requirements in the template design phase, and together with the project team drives the as-is analysis, to-be state and the fit-gap analysis.
Balance the desire for standardization with the need for local customizations, with stringent control.
Manage communication with global colleagues regarding process feedback, exceptions and further improvement opportunities.
Work closely with the Global process owner.
Work closely with super users, ensuring global adoption through local presence.
Connect end to end processes that influence the organization , like planning, logistic, manufacturing and sales
Who are you?
We see that you are the process expert with severe experience in business process connected to sourcing and procurement. You are skilled at driving process improvement and get motivated by continuous development. You have good communication skills and are used to negotiating. End to end supply chain experience is valued.
