hela Sverige The Business Intelligence function supports the BU Pulp and Performance Chemicals by providing management with structured information and analysis about markets, customers and competitors.
Tasks and responsibilities
As a Business Intelligence Analyst you provide information on markets, customers and competitive environment to the PPC management. You interact with all business areas of the company and deliver up to date reports and analyses to support operational and strategic decisions.
The main responsibilities are to:
• Search, analyse and deliver information about market development as well as competitor and customer activities.
• Identify opportunities and threats in the global market and perform in-depth analysis of competitors and customers strategies.
• Drive interaction between the Business Intelligence function, management and sales organizations throughout the organization.
• Continously seek to develop BI processes and tools.
Qualifications
We expect applicants to have a University degree in Economics or Science, and a few years? working experience. To be successful in this position you should be an outgoing person with good analytical skills and ability to asses and compare information from various sources. Preferably you have experience in financial analysis.
You are an independent person as well as a strong team worker, skilled in giving presentations and building professional networks. As there are always several ongoing projects you need to be structured and good at prioritizing your tasks. We also expect you to be fluent in English.
