About the team:
The mission of Supply planning Unit is to enable Region and Business units to maximize the value of availability, lead-time, cost and inventory in a sustainable way. We do this by leading the development, implementation and follow up of supply planning strategies, processes and technology. Our way to approach the work to deliver exponential value is via Value Streams, e2e Value Stream and Supply Value Stream, and integration of Reverse Supply Operations.
About the role:
As a Business Expert, within value stream Supply, you will be part of our supply optimization as well as our supply chain transformation. We enable our Regions and Business Units to execute on garment flow planning and steering. We prioritize, lead and contribute to the development of a fully circular customer-centric supply chain.
Your role is to ensure customer needs and to add value to the business. Being situated right between end user needs and product development, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and prioritize desired outcomes, balancing business, and technical perspectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Be an expert - contribute with knowledge, insights and deep understanding of business areas and processes.
Set the development agenda and priorities for the process and product that you are responsible for.
Identify new product features based on desired business outcomes and customer needs, assessing feasibility and requirements.
Continuously engage stakeholders and connect the dots between business and tech objectives.
Align product roadmap with brand agenda and plan.
Drive, coordinate and align the product team to ensure developments are prioritized, relevant and on time.

Knowledge and experience of Supply chain flows.
Ability to communicate and engage various stakeholders across functions.
Strong problem-solving skills to address complex functional issues related to subject matter expertise.
Tech savvy with understanding of agile product development.
Have a business and customer-oriented mindset with the motivation to constantly improve, achieve targets and drive agenda forward.
Ability to set priorities by assessing their impact from both business and technical perspectives.
Independent and self-organized, takes responsibility and accountability in reaching our deliverables across functions.
