What you will do
You will lead and develop a team of Business Engineers to deliver a high level of technical and commercial business support.
The aim is to provide solutions to the customers' queries of our products as well as to support our internal Sales functions.
In your role you are also expected to work in close cooperation with other functions such as R&D and Operations.
You will report to the Business Engineer Manager EMEA and you will be based at our HQ office in Landskrona together with most of your team.
Your background
You have a University degree in a technical field (mechanical engineering, energy, thermodynamics or related) combined with some years of customer interaction, sales and project management.
Preferably you have some years of experience of leading a diverse team with hgh levels of personal expectations of development.
You are fluent in both written and spoken English, and you are an advanced user of MS Office and calculation tools.
Having experience from working in a CRM / ERP system is an advantage.

You are a team player with the ability to build good working relationships with all functions across the company, locally as well as globally.
You are a people-oriented person with the ability to further develop a highly motivated and efficient team.
