Our headquarters are located in Stockholm and we're expanding internationally, with local products already live in Norway and Spain.
For our Swedish organization we are looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to develop, maintain and expand our partnership network in Sweden. You will be an integral part and core member of the local team situated in central Stockholm. As such, you will play a pivotal role in continuously developing KRY as a leading digital healthcare provider in Sweden by building co-operations and identifying and closing business partnerships in the wider healthcare field, and maintaining these relationships as we grow our footprint in the market. Excellent communication, negotiation and deal management skills in addition to a strong entrepreneurial 'can-do' attitude are essential to be successful in this role.
As an essential member of our Swedish team, there will of course be many opportunities for your role to go beyond business development, and into other key strategic aspects of the company.
What you'll do:
• Implement new partnerships and manage and grow existing relationships.
• Work close to Country Manager in finding a scalable business model for Sweden.
• Independently identify and develop partnerships with partners within the healthcare sector.
• Engage internal stakeholders to meet partner needs, e.g. our central Commercial and Product organizations in Stockholm HQ.
Who you are:
• Passionate about transforming the way healthcare is provided across Europe, and particularly in Sweden, while putting the patient first.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar and a minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or as management consultant.
• Experience from and knowledge in the Swedish healthcare system.
• Organized, entrepreneurial self-starter - you quickly identify what needs to get done, prioritize and focus on execution.
• Strong project management skills to be able to build and manage a large sales pipeline.
• You are great at building strong relationships both internal and external
• Thriving in a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Swedish healthcare system is a plus.
• Native in Swedish and fluent in English (knowledge in other european languages is also a plus).
You will report to the Country Manager Sweden and will be based in our Stockholm HQ in central of Stockholm.
