We are now looking for a result oriented Business Development Manager with a sharp focus on sales and acquisition. You must have excellent quality assurance industry knowledge coupled with deep domain expertise. You must possess the ability to balance and prioritise multiple deals
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the various stakeholders within the organisation to implement the business plan and achieve the assigned revenue targets
Develop relationships with a wide range of customers with the intent of converting such relationships to new business
Assist the pre-sales team to deliver targeted solutions/responses to RFIs and RFPs
Ensure that all the requests from existing customers are met on a timely basis
Travel on-demand across the globe as the deal demands
Bring in thought leadership and QA differentiators to the role and organisation
Deliver sales pitches and proposal defences as needed
Balance and prioritise the multiple requests as the situation demands
Develop and implement business development strategies for the assigned verticals/accounts

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
An academic degree and at least 6 years of experience along with Expertise, Deep domain knowledge in the sector(s) Telecom, Banking & Financial Services, Insurance & Manufacturing, past test/assurance delivery experience along with excellent communication and presentation skills. Past pre-sales and sales experience in the QA industry is a PLUS
