Roles and Responsibilities

You are a driving force and use experiences, feedback and best practices to constantly evolve and improve. Your key responsibilities will be:
Develop and Strategize Vehicle Technology Business Plan in alignment with Strategic Product Planning (SPP) Long term product strategies
Collaborate and Develop Business plan for Electromobilty, Powertrain and VAS w.r.t. Vehicle Technology.
Develop Business plan and Enable Vehicle Technology Product Owners with relevant data and business driven product roadmaps
Develop and Strategize New business opportunities, create more value to the customer and aligns with Volvo's Vision
Build good Network and Manage Strategic Partnerships -Internal and External
Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, New Business models
Short Term Focus on SVAT-T3
Develop the Strategy for securing the Software deliverys for our autonomous Vehicles - Initial Driverless launch (IDL)
Be part of our autonomous Vehicle SW task force investigation and drive the objectives
Identify the roadblocks for SW delivery teams and support different Streams to meet product delivery plan
Be Updated with our autonomous vehicle project plans and align Streams SW deliverys and Integrations plan
Secure EUF deliverys from different Streams for SIL/HIL/Complete Vehicles, Integrate for autonomous vehicles.
Prepare the high level SW Dashboard for deliveries and connect to all the ART's
Improve and Build the collaboration between Software delivery teams within Vehicle technology
Visualize the EUF growth for autonomous vehicles and highlight the risks to the Steering Committee
You will be part of Business Development Unit with in BASC Leadership Team.
How to succeed
Key Competence:
High experience in defining Strategys for Electrical and Electronics Architecture
Very good knowledge and interface with Electromobility, Powertrain and Business Areas (VAS)
Experience with Strategic partnership- Internal and External customers
Have good knowledge on T3 development and build the strategys for Vehicle Technology
Have a great ability to make use of your experience and knowledge in different contexts
Strong strategic thinking, judgement and analytical skills.
High level of personal integrity and Proven Leadership Experience
Proven project management skills and Structured approach to solving assignments
Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
Excellent interpersonal & networking skills - you are a true connector working in different eco-systems
Learning mindset, energy and drive to contribute for the success of Volvo Group
Strong Motivational skills, especially driving the goals and objectives of the vision.
10+ years of experience in Automotive Product Development
The location for the position is Gothenburg. If you are based in another location, but your skills are a good fit, we strongly encourage you to apply anyway. Relocation support can be provided if needed.
