Do you thrive on looking for new ways to boost sales? Do you enjoy building new relationships with business clients? We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our marketing team. In this role you will establish communication with highly targeted leads who have shown an interest in TeamQuest solutions. This will involve qualifying the lead based on agreed to metrics and setting up a demonstration call with the regional sales manager. Most of our customers are located abroad.
Responsibilities
Generate new client leads through prospecting and marketing efforts
Qualify new prospect opportunities for our products/services
Track and monitor opportunities in Salesforce.com
Cold call into targeted leads for invites to our hosted events

1-3 years of related experience in sales and marketing.
Good knowledge of sales and marketing practices and have the ability to translate customer needs/desires into product/services solutions.
Experience with Salesforce and Pardot or equivalent systems and are interested in IT.
Skilled in the art of persuasion and have excellent oral and written communications skills , fluent in English.
Outgoing, proactive and open minded. You need to have a lot of self-drive and like to do business by the phone. You are also detail oriented and well organized.
