We are now looking for a driven person to join our Channels Development team. Channels are responsible for the sales and service experience in physical channels and we want to create a relation with our customers that will take them to the next level in their digital life.

What you'll do

Channels Development is a central part of our Channels organization and responsible for developing our physical sales and service channels within areas: strategy, growth, customer experience, efficiency and profitability.

As a Business Development Manager, you will lead transformation initiatives and projects within Channels as well as supporting the overall digital transformation for Telenor. You are responsible for maximizing the value for all physical channels and to find new ways to improve KPIs. As a Business Development Manager, you will report to Head of Development and you work closely to Channels management team.

Example of you responsibilities:
* Challenge strategies, structures and way of work within different sales and service channels as well as overall strategy for Channels
* Responsible for leading cross functional development projects and new innovating solutions
* Support Channels management team in strategically important transformation challenges to maximize the growth and efficiency agenda
* In a data driven way analyzing improvement potential within Channels
* Stakeholder management on high level due to lots of cross functional projects.

Who are you

We are looking for candidates who have university degree preferable in economics or science and a couple of years work experience as a management consultant or equivalent line roll. We prefer that candidates have worked with change/transformation projects or lead of innovative solution implementation and have experience of a data driven approach. A plus if you have experience working with SME and consumer customers or digital channels.

As a person you have much energy and ability to deliver initiatives with high quality under pressure. You have excellent people and analytic skills as well as excellent skills in presenting in power point. It is important that you are passionate about finding solutions that exceeds expectations and an understanding of why the customer is a crucial part in Telenor overall strategy.
