The electrification of transport solutions is an important element for a sustainable future. Our fantastic team, at Scania's battery factory in Södertälje is at the heart of this shift, ramping up battery and cable production, making it an electrifying time to join us! We are a diverse team of individuals with different personalities, backgrounds and perspectives. Now, we are looking for a Business IT developer with skills in change management to strengthen our team.
Role Summary
Joining our dynamic Project & Initiative team as a Business IT Developer focused on change management, you'll have plenty of opportunity to shape how we work. You'll lead initial investigations, manage smaller projects, and oversee change impact assessments, training needs, and process mapping. Additionally, you'll drive communication efforts and ensure ISEC compliance for the factory, with support from a global team to help establish standards and routines.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage business IT projects (Class 1 and 2), ensuring smooth change management processes
Ensure ISEC compliance as an Information Officer and Security Coordinator, managing system access and security levels
Drive clear and engaging communication across the organisation
Organise and facilitate training programmes
Map and optimise processes
Conduct Change Impact Analysis (CIA/LCIA)
Continuously refine routines and ways of working for the Battery Factory
Who You Are
You're a proactive team player who can also drive your own area independently and thrive on taking full responsibility. You enjoy process mapping, creating engaging presentations, networking, and leading workshops. Your days will be busy, and you'll excel at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. Skills in communication, ISEC standards, and Business IT change management are a plus.
