Are you a leader with excellent communication skills, a strong commercial mindset and a passion for developing our service business?

We are looking for a Business Developer, Automation Services who will play a key role in the Technical Service to strengthen our core service business.
This position will be based in Lund but requires around 50-70 days per year of travelling.

Main responsibilities

• Drive the Technical Service Initiative to grow the Automation Services Business
• Lead the 3 year sales and profitability planning of the Automation Services globally
• Manage a portfolio of projects and activities related to Automation in clusters and globally.
• Participate in the service development process, to expand the service portfolio
• Participate in the sales process, providing a deep understanding of the service portfolio, expertise in commercial offers.
• Lead the analysis of market trends, competitor's situation and customer needs within Automation
• Participate in the service development process, to expand the service portfolio

Qualifications

We believe that you have a strong personal drive for results in combination with the ability to lead and motivate others.

You have excellent communications and networking skills to manage relations in a
co-operative, diplomatic and successful manner.

You cope with changes and set priorities properly. Experience from leading others and develop teams is seen as a merit.

A good knowledge about automation and information systems is required. Experience from working with customer and customer relations is highly valuated. You have a university degree and strong communication skills, both verbal and written English combined with strong presentation skills.
