We are looking for a high performing Business Controller who has at least 5 yeas experience. You will be a member of an international Business Controller Team in Vattenfall within Business Unit Sales B2B. Localization will be in Solna close to Stockholm (we will move into our new office after the summer holidays). Our BU sells electricity, gas and energy efficiency services to business customers.
BU Sales B2B has operations in several European countries and we have a functional European Organization. Our financial control and follow up will have to be improved and extended.
We are looking for a Business Controller with the following responsibilities:
• Controller for one / two Sub Business Units including follow-up, forecast and budget on unit and customer level. You will be a member of the management team of your Sub BU Unit.
• You will support and challenge your unit in both strategically and operational matters.
• Take part in internal negotiations and support in external negotiations.
• Improve tools, methods and processes together with the other controllers on a European level.
• Sales B2B buys accounting services from a Shares Service centre within Vattenfall. Sales B2B shares a financial Control unit with Sales B2C. A lot of networking is required in order to be successful.
• Some travelling is expected
Required competence:
• At least 5 years working experience of business control from a large international company. Having accounting experience as well is advantage.
• MBA with a major in either Accounting, Cost- Benefit and/or analysis, Financial Control.
• You like numbers and you have an analytical skill.
• A good knowledge of advanced financial systems, budget tools on a high level is expected. We are using SAP and Cognos within the Vattenfall Group.
• You understand easily a rather complex business with an advanced risk handling.
• Take initiatives and like to stay one step ahead is natural to you. Your ambition is to take a big responsibility.
• You are open and responsive, quick to communicate and collaborate
• Being fluent is English both orally and in writing is a must.
