hela Sverige ALTEN Group is seeking to appoint a local Business Controller & Analyst for our Business Management Controlling department at our main office in Gothenburg! In short, we're looking for a quantitatively oriented person with a passion for operational data, someone who wants to become part of a greatly talented team and work in an international environment.
Your role
As a BC&A, you will assume a dynamic role in which you'll be performing standard operational reporting tasks, including:
Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly operational reports as well as ad-hoc analyses upon request
Managing, maintaining and optimizing the company's performance by analyzing numerous operational indicators (KPIs) and business metrics with a critical eye
Developing and maintaining our main work tools and reports by gathering data and performing data-mining analysis in Excel and Power BI
Creating various dashboards for top management
Improving synergies with the finance department by developing new reports that guarantee accurate numbers
Cooperating with other organizational functions (HR, recruitment, etc.)
Providing top-quality reports and analyses in anticipation of key deadlines (such as our monthly business review with top management and our biannual assessment of the commercial/management team based on operational data)
Implementing the bonus system of the management team
Your profile
We'd like to see that you have an academic degree in Business Administration or equivalent, and at least one year of professional experience in business/operational controlling. Furthermore, you're an Excel expert and fluent in Swedish and English. As a person, we think you're committed and that you have a strong interest in consolidating and analyzing operational data. We want a colleague who's rigorous, autonomous, dynamic and vivacious.
