It provides an excellent opportunity to work in an international environment supporting Group Management and Key Stakeholders of a dynamic global organization. The individual will have the opportunity to create a strong network within LEAX. The candidate will be able to equip strong financial skills and strong performance will enable the individual for senior roles in the company.
In LEAX, Engine and Transmission is one of three business areas. Business Control will support operations with effective portfolio profitability analyses and accurate forecasting. The function will also act as a true business partner transforming data to information, business insight and decision basis. The function will also work closely to the Group CFO to understand and analyze LEAX Group's financial performance. The function will also support the Group CFO to develop and maintain an effective capital structure.
Key Operational Responsibilities:
• Develop and drive excellence of analytical models and frameworks
• Share best practices of financial analysis across the Group
• Communicate business development and financial forecasts
• Identify and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in the company
• Proactively identify trends and provide suggestions to maximize profitability, minimize risks and safeguard assets
• Continuously assess and report financial performance
• Lead or participate in various ad-hoc projects relating to the current Group or Business Area priorities
The applicant should have excellent analytical skills and a high growth potential. The applicant should be able to lead key projects, including developing analytical frameworks and contribute to taking Business Control to the next level of business understanding.
Your qualifications will include:
• Proven track record of controlling, financial analysis, corporate finance or management consulting
• An academic degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or similar
• 5+ years working experience
• A flexible team-player who can adapt to a fast-moving and dynamic environment
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Excellence in MS Office
