Getinge Group is in an exciting and intensive period of change and we are now looking for a talented Business Controller who wants to take part in this exciting journey. You will be part of our Finance team, supporting the business within Getinge Infection Control AB. The position offers you a great opportunity to join a small collaborative team where you get a high insight of a big variety of controlling and reporting tasks and where you have the possibility to influence and make a difference. You will interface with a wide variety of stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.
The position
In this position you will be responsible for the legal company of Getinge Infection Control AB. The main objective of this position is to be an acknowledged proactive business partner by delivering valuable reporting and sparring to the business. You will be involved in the business by supporting with budget and forecast procedures and ensuring that reporting is made according to Group guidance. You will interface with different stakeholders such as auditors, Group Finance and center responsibles.
Among your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Responsibility for the monthly reporting process
• Continuously development of reporting processes and analysing tools
• Secure the financial result and that laws and regulations are followed
• Central role in budget and forecast procedures
• Responsible for the timely and accurate declaration of taxes
• Various analysis of the financial performance
• Take part of solving other ad hoc tasks within the finance area
The position is located in Getinge outside Halmstad. Since the tasks are mainly done locally in Getinge, limited travel is required in this role.
The ideal candidate
The person we are looking for is working as a business controller today, preferably in a large company with local and group functions. You are used to interact with many different stakeholders.
Some of your key characteristics include:
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a business controller, preferably from a large industry
• University degree within finance, accounting and/or auditing or comparable education
• Experience as a leader is favorable
• Advanced knowledge in Excel and different IT systems is required
• Fluent Swedish and English skills, both written and spoken.
As a person you are a positive and flexible team-player who drives results and takes responsibility. You have an ability to communicate efficiently and to handle multi-tasking. An analytical mindset, a good sense of structure and an ability to meet deadlines are key factors in order to succeed in this role. Being used to working in a changing environment is also important.
