Description

Within Tetra Pak Supply Chain Operations, the Capital Equipment (SCO CE) is responsible for the manufacture and supply of filling machines and distribution equipment from receipt of order until performance is achieved at the customer's site.

Within this team we are now looking for a Business Controller, Filling Machines Production Lund who will actively support the organization but also cooperate with other organizational units within the company. The position will be based in Lund and you will report to the Director Business Finance & Business Transformation (F&BT), Supply Chain Operations Capital Equipment with a dotted line to the Filling Machines Production Manager.

Main responsibilities
• Monthly financial and KPIs reporting, forecast and annual budget process, post closing analysis & presentations for the areas of responsibility
• Actively contribute to the World Class Manufacturing through the participation to the local Steering Committee and exercising the local cost pillar leadership
• Participate and contribute to initiatives for both SCO CE Business control team and F&BT organisation
• SAP super user for the SCO CE community in Lund

Qualifications

In this role it is truly important to have strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem solving and definition. We also see that you possess a high level of drive and business understanding and are able to exercise informal authority and to influence.

Furthermore you are result oriented, organized and focused on performance and to deliver accurate and timely results. You possess great presentation skills and an ability to clearly communicate with all levels within the organization. You are a good team player and are able to manage conflicts.

The successful candidate has a university degree in Finance, Business Administration or Industrial engineering. Experience as a business controller is a must and ideally you have 5 years experience in multinational companies. Experience from the mechanical sector is an advantage. Knowledge and experience in TPM, Six Sigma or Lean is a bonus. Strong IT skills and knowledge of SAP/R3 are necessary. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
