We are looking for a business controller who want to be part of our journey to the stock market and beyond. Your responsibilities will be wide; from supporting the business with analyzes, working with the ambition to streamline the processes, work closely with the CFO and the management team, participate in budget and forecasting process, work with different projects to drive the development and analysis to the management and board.
You report to the CFO.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling
• Accurate, structured and analytical
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, super user in Excel
• BSc Business administration
• Very good communication & presentation skills
• Experience from a listed company
• Self - motivated
• Fluent in English, orally and written
As we are selling hardware and software products it is a merit if you have experience from software sales and perhaps even SaaS models.
Plus is if you have experience of IPO
Main tasks
• Analysis of financial results
• Develop LumenRadio's financial reporting; month, quarter and annual
• Customer and product profitability analysis
• Share information with Business Areas and support BA's in taking strategic measures
• Willingness to act pro-actively by identifying opportunities and anticipate change
• Take an active part in developing and compiling annual budget and forecasts
